In 2022, Swiss luxury watches brand IWC Schaffhausen partnered with Preface on a large-scale Web3-centric campaign “The Colours of Top Gun” held at Preface Coffee & Wine Causeway Bay and Central. The 360-degree collaboration featured immersive in-store digital experiences, Web3 education sessions, NFT activations, and an exclusive branded metaverse tour through VR. As the brand’s appointed technology education partner, we provided training and workshops on the topical subject of Web3 for both the brand’s internal staff and their VIP customers.

Training Outline:

Preface designed an interactive and thorough workshop that allows IWC employees to easily grasp the whole picture of the latest trend in technology. A tailor-made training session demystified Web3, Blockchain and Metaverse concepts in a relaxing and interactive environment for both backend and frontline staff to ensure that the brand’s new global direction is well communicated to all staff. The audiences discovered latest tech trends with business implications, envisioning new possibilities of involving technology into the luxury industry.

On a regional level, Preface was able to bring the Hong Kong experience to Singapore as well, not only educating staff but also their VIPs and their children as well.
